Service, Repair Options, and Prices

We require a 1-hour minimum service charge and payment for necessary parts on all repair services. Service options and the associated prices:
  • Basic repairs are $100 per hour (Machine malfunction, jams, and more)
  • Intermediate repair are also $100 per hour (replacing major components, electrical work, and troubleshooting)
  • Reconditioning and cleaning prices are $100 per hour (painting, vinyl, lighting, vandalism repair, and interior and exterior cleaning)
  • Upgrading equipment is $100 per hour plus the cost of equipment or parts (installing MDB kits, cashless payments, circuit boards, sure vends, and more)
  • Moving machines are $100 per hour with additional $100 flat fee for moving the equipment, dolly and vehicle
  • Consulting services are also $100 per hour (vending business advice and equipment selection, and placement, but will be waived if equipment is bought through us)
  • Mileage charges may apply

Simply give us your machine's make and model, and we'll schedule an appointment to examine your unit. If we can' fix your machine, we can offer a replacement for you. We provide FREE estimates over the phone, so you'll know approximately what it will cost for a repair before we get there.

When a Machine Cannot Be Repaired

Normally, we can tell you over the phone if your vending machine can fixed. If it can't, or if a repair will cost too much, we'll recommend that you purchase a new or used machine, based upon your needs and budget. Oftentimes a new machine isn't necessarily your best choice. We'll assess your needs and provide you with options that save you money.

We Also Sell Parts If You Don't Need Repair Services

If you're able to fix your vending machine yourself, you'll still need the necessary parts. Call us with the specific make and model, and we can often provide a diagnosis over the phone. Then we'll ship the part immediately by regular freight or overnight delivery if we have it in stock. We offer delivery to some locations within the local area.

Parts we commonly keep in stock include bill acceptors, coin mechanisms, control boards, motors, and pay-by-phone apps. If we don't have the part you need in stock, we can usually get it from our suppliers within 3 to 4 days.
